Today we will talk about another magical place where you can get some of the best postcards of Tuscany. This is the area that lies between Taverne d'Arbia and Asciano south of Siena better known as "Crete Senesi".
recommend to lovers of photography visit this area in the period between April and August as most of the fields in this area are devoted to crops of wheat, and is then presented in all its glory .
To visit this area is to start from Siena and follow the direction Bettolle-Rome, at 5 minutes from motorway exit find Taverne D'Arbia.

Taverne D'Arbia
is unfortunately an ugly town, a horror of modernization so do not Pareis in this town because there is nothing interesting to photograph unless he is not interested in the monstrosities that the mayors of this town have left to build. So follow the direction Asciano and just outside the village you will see a beautiful road is lost in the rolling hills through the Sienese area called "Le Crete Lunari" (because they resemble the lunar landscape) (see the last two photos published below).
Track up to Asciano, the landscape you'll love!
Sincerely Margie
