winter dishes of Tuscan Cuisine


If you visit Tuscany for the months of November and December must not lose you the following typical winter dishes that good local restaurants offer.

1 -
Ribollita
is a recipe that comes from poor Tuscan cuisine at the base of its ingredients are different vegetables, beans and dry bread. Some restaurants will add spice pork products like sausage or ham.
